As part of our Success Sharing Plan (SSP), you may be eligible* for the 2023 SSP award. This award is tied directly to your efforts to support our success as reflected by stock price and by dividends declared.

The payment will be made on your Nov. 17 or Nov. 22 paycheck, depending on your payroll cycle.

Details about your 2023 Success Sharing Plan award

The total value of the 2023 SSP award is $166.50

Here’s how we got to that value:

We calculate the total value of the annual SSP award by multiplying the total number of success units (150 for everyone) by the combination of increase in stock price and dividends declared.

From Oct. 3, 2022, to Sept. 29, 2023, the AT&T stock price declined, resulting in a $0 increase for the stock price component of the calculation. In that period, dividends per share were declared 4 times, totaling $1.11. It is based on dividends of $0.2775 in December 2022 and March, June, and September of this year.

The resulting calculation for the 2023 SSP award is:

150 success units x

($0 stock price increase + $1.11 dividends) = $166.50
