Re:      Bargaining Report #2

Brothers and Sisters,

Your CWA Legacy T Bargaining Team has been working long hours preparing proposals to present to the Company. 

We’ve met with the Company every day this week.  The Union and the Company have both presented first proposals on our biggest issues.  Similar to what was reported from the District 4 Midwest table, the Company’s healthcare proposal has raised many questions by the bargaining team, and we too are assessing the long-term viability of this plan for the members. 

No shock that job security language is a priority on both sides: us to protect it and them to attack it. 

We will continue to review the information the Company provided, along with all of the first proposals we received, and to formulate counter proposals. 

Look for another report toward the end of the week.
